Above Ground Refund & Exchange Policy

At Above Ground, we aim to ensure that every item you receive reflects our commitment to quality and faith-centered style. Because our products are custom-made with the support of our fulfillment partners, each piece is crafted uniquely upon order. This process allows us to provide you with specially-made items, but it also means that returns and exchanges are unavailable for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.

However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing error or damage, our team will be happy to assist with a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  1. Clear Photo of the Issue - Please provide an image that clearly shows any visible defects or damage. You can send the photo(s) to abovegroundbrand@gmail.com and our team will handle your case directly.
  2. Multiple Products Affected - If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together.

Important Notes:

  • Sizing and Color: We’re unable to offer refunds or reprints if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout, so please double-check all details before placing your order.

  • Delivery Issues: For orders that cannot be delivered, we offer the option to reprint with an added charge or provide a partial refund.
